  • Retained Search: In a retained search, the client and Foodemployment.com collaborate to decide on the recruitment strategy, the allocated personnel, and the procedure to be used. Company pays 1/3 of the fee upfront, 1/3 is paid after 30 days and the balance is paid upon completion of the seach.
  • Engaged Search: A small retainer is paid in advance to start the search on a commission basis. Priority is given to the seach and the retainer is deducted from the invoice billed after the candidates starts
