Marketing Specialist

Summary

Our client is a global food ingredient manufacturer based in the Dallas area. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong graphic design and digital background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that target food industry professionals. The position requires proficiency in graphic design software Adobe and InDesign, website management, email marketing, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's food ingredients to food industry professionals (including digital campaigns). • Create and design marketing materials using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Manage and create content for the company's website, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers. • Optimize email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. • Manage social media accounts and content, including LinkedIn. • Work closely with the sales team to create sales collateral and presentations. • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to optimize performance. • Support trade show activity and scheduling with sales team. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B food ingredient marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong writing and communication skills. • Experience with website management and optimization, preferably in WordPress. • Experience with email marketing platforms. • Experience managing social media accounts, including LinkedIn. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills.
• Preferred at least 2-3 years’ experience in the food industry or related experience.
