Summary
Our client is a growing manufacturing company in the specialty products, natural bilogical pesticides sector. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management at our production facility. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring optimal material flow, production scheduling, and distribution strategies to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain operations including production scheduling, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize costs, efficiency, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and supply planning.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee material sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Food, Chemical, Fertilizer, Pesticide, Pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing would be ideal
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
